Standard incinerator Standard incinerator is suitable for infectious, industrial, pathological, and municipal waste. Sizing: 50 - 300 kg/hr Characteristic: Standard incinerator has 3 parts, combustion chamber, smoke combustion chamber, and cyclone. All parts equipped in the compact rectangular shape. The primary chamber is for waste combustion under temperature 600-1,000oC. and it's equipped with incinerator gate, flame port. The secondary chamber is for smoke combustion equipped with incinerator gate and flame port as well. It can provide temperature 800-1,100oC. with 2 second resident time before flowing into cyclone. It can be installed air pollution treatment system and Dioxin-Furan treatment machine. Fuel both diesel, fuel oil, and LPG with safety equipment could be selected. Air supply system is support the complete combustion by feeding primary air to heat exchanger to provide hot air to flow through holes on the incinerator into the chamber.
